Smt Anjali Rao did her Vidwat in Bharatanatyam Pandanallur style under the guidance of her gurus Natyamayuri Vidushi Lakshmi Gururaj and Vidwan Sudhir Rao. She started learning Bharatanatyam at the age of 6 yrs and has performed over 800 stage shows which includes over 15 national festival shows such as "Spirit of Unity Concert", "Kisna" and "Bansuri". She has performed across India and has secured many awards including Karnataka state Bharatanatyam champions award. She is also proficient in Carnatic vocal. She is excited with the opportunity to serve Austin Hindu Temple and train the young generation in Bharatanatyam
