First two Sarali varsais without thalam along with teaching them how to breathe before singing. For new and absentees, students can simply practice breathing in and out a few times without raising their shoulders in a mirror.

Dharma class started with opening prayers and chanted the dhyana shloka a few times.

We learnt a new shlokam on Hanuman ( Manojavam Maruthatulya vegam…) and discussed the qualities of Hanuman and what we imbibe from those qualities.

We shared the story of how Hanuman destroyed the arrogance of both Garuda and Sudarshana and demonstrated that he can travel with the speed of mind/thought (manojavam).

The tabla bols are the ABC's of tabla poetry. The Talas are thekas, basic rhythms. The 2 talas on the board are Kherwa Taal (8 beat) and Dadra (6 beat)
